How do we work with others

How we work with others:

LAHURNIP has devised various strategies and actions to promote, protect and defend Human Rights of Nepalese IPs and their fundamental freedoms, in which LAHURNIP field presences assist in efforts to make IPs rights a reality, while doing so, it monitors their the human rights situation across the country and assists in building the capacity of IPs organizations to address their rights and ensure social justice.

Hand in hand with others:

It has joined its hands with wide range of local, national and international organization of Indigenous peoples and the government bodies to promote the implementation of national and international conventions and human rights laws and to ensure the social justice. It monitors the human rights violation of Nepalese IPs and assists to build capacity of their organizations to address their rights and fundamental freedom.

Our presence in the field:

Over the years, The Lawyers' Association for Human Rights of Nepalese Indigenous Peoples (LAHURNI) has increased its presence in the field, reaching out more and more and giving a voice to the people who need it the most.
